What is covered

The bracketed terms are the ones still to be settled in the warranty document. They are left visible rather than filled with a plausible number, because a warranty that turns out to be shorter than the website said is worse than no website at all.

Paint protection film
the applicable product term
eligible manufacturer or installation defects
Yellowing, cracking, peeling and delamination are the usual covered items.
Vehicle wraps
the applicable product term
eligible manufacturer or installation defects
Lifting, cracking and colour failure are the usual covered items.
Window tint
the applicable product term
eligible manufacturer or installation defects
Bubbling, peeling and colour change are the usual covered items.
Ceramic coating
the applicable product term
eligible manufacturer or installation defects
Coating failure rather than damage to the paint beneath it.
Chrome delete
the applicable product term
eligible manufacturer or installation defects
Covered on the same terms as wraps.
Paint correction
Not applicable
—
A result rather than a product. What protects it afterwards carries the coverage.

What ends the cover

Automatic car washes
Brush tunnels are the single most common cause of failed film and wrecked matte finishes.
Pressure washing the edges
A lance held close to a seam will lift it. Keep your distance and the angle shallow.
Solvents and polish on film
Petrol, bug removers and abrasive polish attack film differently than they attack paint.
Damage rather than defect
A stone that tears film, a scrape in a car park or a re-spray under the film are not defects. We will always tell you which one we think it is.

Looking after it

01
Wait before washing
Film, wraps and coatings all need curing time. We tell you the exact number of days at handover.
02
Hand wash, two buckets
pH-neutral soap, soft mitt, top down. Matte and satin need a soap with no gloss enhancers.
03
Dry, do not rub
Blot with a clean microfibre or use filtered air. Dragging a towel is what causes marring.
04
Deal with contaminants fast
Bird droppings, bug guts and tree sap etch anything given time. Off within a day.
05
Bring it back if an edge lifts
A lifted edge caught early is a small job. Left alone it is a panel.

If something goes wrong

01
Call us first
Before anyone else touches it. A photograph and a phone call usually settles whether it is a defect or damage.
02
Bring the car in
We look at it in the bay under light — the same way it was inspected at handover.
03
We put it right
Covered defects are repaired or refitted. Where it is not covered, you get an honest answer and an option.

Questions about coverage?

Ask before you book rather than after. We would rather spend ten minutes explaining it now.
